I am a lifelong resident of State Senate District 54. I have family ties to all 3 counties. I am running to return control of our counties to LOCAL government. To allow LOCAL government to decide when and how we grow. To stop mandates sent up from Atlanta that let them say they are cutting expenses only to send them to local governments to fund and thereby RAISE our taxes.

You send Eddie Hall to Atlanta and you will have a warrior who FIGHTS for our district EVERYDAY. Someone who will work WITH local governments to get the best for our communities. Someone who will be YOUR voice in Atlanta and who will NEVER forget who he works for, YOU!

TOP PRIORITIES

Property Tax

Property Tax is killing our communities and making housing unaffordable to the average worker.

Younger citizens can't afford to live in communities they grew up in because of tax and insurance increases.

Older citizens are being taxed out of their homes as valuations rise cutting into their fixed incomes.

This is unacceptable and will be priority #1 if you send me to Atlanta.

Local Control

Our local governments have their hands tied by the state offices in Atlanta. Your local appraisers cannot use what they know as REAL evaluations of your property.

They cannot unilaterally decide what is built and where it is built. These are OUR communities, WE THE PEOPLE should control what happens where we live.

Safe Environment

I believe we should ALL expect to live in a clean environment. I believe those who KNOWINGLY pollute and poison our environment and resources should be held accountable.

Protect Our Farmers

Our Farmers, particularly our cattle farmers are under attack. Primarily from outside sources supported by our state and federal governments. I work day and night to protect our farmers, and thereby our food supply.
